At the heart of the home - upstairs to make the most of the fantastic views - is a large beautifully styled, open-plan kitchen and living area—ideal for laid-back gatherings and memorable meals. The sleek kitchen features bespoke wood cabinetry, induction hob, wine fridge, and handcrafted lighting. It flows into a generous dining space with oak table seating eight.
Bifold doors lead straight to a sun-soaked terrace—perfect for morning coffee with views stretching over fields to the sea.
A feature log burner adds warmth and atmosphere, while the cosy lounge beyond offers soft seating and a large window seat with field views. When the weather turns, settle in with Freeview TV and streaming access to Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+, ideal for relaxed film nights.
Central to the living area is a unique triangular balcony that provides a sheltered spot to soak in the views. Deep eaves offer protection, while a glass balustrade opens up sweeping vistas across the bay to Gwbert and Cardigan Island—perfect for a book, a coffee, or a sunset drink.
The bedrooms are tucked away downstairs for a restful night’s sleep, with three opening directly onto the garden—perfect for lazy mornings and fresh coastal air. Morwennau is family friendly with a travel cot and high chair available for little ones. We ask that you bring your own linen for the cot. The house has two internal staircases but there are no stair gates.
Step out to a spacious patio designed for relaxation and entertaining, with comfy seating, a fire pit, BBQ, and hanging chairs that sway gently in the breeze. Whether you’re toasting marshmallows under the stars or enjoying a sunny drink, the garden is made for unwinding.
After a day at the beach, rinse off salt and sand with one of two heated outdoor showers—a handy handheld by the front door for sandy feet and muddy paws, and a full overhead shower in the garden, ideal after a surf or swim. There’s an outdoor hanging rail for wetsuits and four bodyboards for guest use - perfect for embracing the laid-back beach lifestyle.
There's parking for two cars on the drive, complete with a dual EV charger with type 2 sockets (just bring your own cables!) — charging via the Project EV app. Need more space? We have a free car park pass for one extra vehicle, and additional EV charging is available at the Poppit Sands car park.
